Instructions:

For best results, print the template as 8.5 inches x 5.5 inches, landscape, front and back. To mail letter as is, we recommend printing on cardstock or sturdier. If printing on regular copy paper, consider using an envelope to avoid any damage to your letter in the mail! Your Letter From Home should only require a single USPS postage stamp.

Addressing Mail to On-Campus Addresses

When addressing your Letter from Home, don't forget to include the student's full name and room number. Always use the complete mailing address. Please be aware that items received that are missing any part of the address information below will be subject to delivery delays or may be returned to the sender.
